A round-up of the NAIA women's award winners from the 2024/25 season. Congratulations to all those listed below on a fine season.


NAIA PING WGCA Player of the Year

Butpapaporn Sukterm (Lindsey Wilson)

Butpapaporn Sukterm finished in the top-five in every tournament she played in during the season, including six first-place finishes. She was the Mid-South Conference Champion and broke the school record for single season stroke average (71.46). 

NAIA WGCA Freshman of the Year Presented by StrackaLine

Sophia Sindersberger (Keiser)

Sophia Sindersberger posted six top 10 finishes during the season, including a win at the Kona Ice Keiser Cup. She ended her freshman campaign by placing seventh at the NAIA National Championship.

NAIA Jackie Steinmann WGCA National Coach of the Year Presented by Golf Pride

Brandon Miller (Keiser)

The Keiser University women’s golf team placed in the top-five in all but one tournament played throughout the season. The Seahawks collected six tournament victories, including the Sun Conference Championship, and finished runner-up at the NAIA Championship.

NAIA Kim Moore Spirit Award

Audrey Grace Holder (Truett McConnell)

In February of 2019, Audrey Grace Holder was thrown off a golf cart which resulted in a cracked skull and brain bleed. The traumatic brain injury affected her mental capacity, and in addition to requiring a significant amount of time studying and finishing her assignments on time she also had to rebuild her golf game. As team captain of the Truett McConnell women’s golf team, Audrey competed in 12 events for the Lady Bears during the 2024-25 season and currently holds a 3.6 GPA as a business major.
