To ensure you have the best possible experience, we are introducing four new, season-long subscription packages to choose for the 2024/25 collegiate golf season.
All four subscription packages include access to the Scoreboard Coach Portal, which enables roster management, event management, event scheduling, printables, inclusion of team and individuals in tournament leaderboards to feed into rankings. Our top two packages, Scoreboard Pro and Scoreboard Standard, include ScoreboardLive scoring for qualifying and practice rounds.
When you login to the Scoreboard Coach Portal to register your team or teams, the first thing you will be required to do is select one of the four new subscription packages for the season. All of the packages have been designed to enhance the experience for college coaches, SIDs, players and fans.
Our top two subscription packages — and — build on the range of features we introduced last season and include new analytics and functionality to help college coaches and SIDs, plus ScoreboardLive scoring for qualifying and practice rounds.
The price for each subscription package will be available in the email we sent and in the Scoreboard Coach Portal from August 5th
Our top subscription package equips coaches and SIDs with Scoreboard’s full range of Advanced Analytics across Performance, Events & Rankings, Scoring and Roster.
Scoreboard Pro provides coaches with new features, superior insights and analysis tools to help them plan the season, track performance and achieve success. These tools are also designed to support SIDs in delivering time efficiencies and enhanced output.
Enables the coach to see underlying trends in team performance via an enhanced range of data visualizations in the Scoreboard Coach Portal.
Data points include Performance vs Course Difficulty, Score to Par vs Course Length, Score to Par vs Hole Length, Score to Par on Par-3s, Par-4s and Par-5s. Also included is weather for each tournament and Field Scoring Average.
Allows the coach to analyze the performance of all players on their roster in a selection of data views in the Scoreboard Coach Portal.
Data points include Player Appearances, Performance vs Course Difficulty, Score to Par vs Course Length, Score to Par vs Hole Length and by Score to Par on Par-3s, Par-4s and Par-5s. Also included is weather for each tournament and Field Scoring Average.
Enables the coach to understand all aspects of the team’s performance compared to any other team. Data comparisons include Score to Par vs Course Length, Score to Par vs Hole Length and Score to Par on Par 3s, 4s and 5s.
In addition, the coach can filter and compare data by 2023/24 season, current fall season, current spring season and all seasons.
Allows the coach to compare an individual player from their team against an individual player from any other team across a range of performance metrics, including Score to Par vs Course Length, Score to Par vs Hole Length and Score to Par on Par 3s, 4s and 5s.
The coach can also filter and compare data by last season, current fall season, current spring season and all seasons.
Allows coaches to use the ScoreboardLive scoring app to live score, track and analyze team qualifying and practice rounds (ScoreboardLive scoring for collegiate tournaments is a per event add-on, cost: $395). Leaderboards plus performance and scoring analytics for qualifying and practice rounds will be available in the Scoreboard Coach Portal.
Note: Qualifying and Practice rounds are not factored into rankings and only displayed privately to Scoreboard Coach Portal account holders.
Key top line metrics displayed on the team’s page on the Scoreboard website, designed for fan engagement with the team’s performance across the season.
Included are team’s Best Score, Number of Wins, Top-3 Finishes, Total Rounds Played, Number of Stroke Play and Match Play Tournaments Entered, and Total Ranking Points.
New data points for this season include dynamic graphs showing the team’s results against the field and scoring averages compared with divisional average across tournaments played.
Compare season-on-season performance with a full range of analytics from the 2023/24 season, including team and individual performances in each tournament and rankings position. Toggle between seasons via a dropdown menu in the Scoreboard Coach Portal.
Fans can follow your team’s schedule, results and ranking points awards across the season on the Scoreboard website. Each tournament is clickable to display the full leaderboard with hole-by-hole scoring for the teams and individuals.
Introduced last season, this dynamic graph on the team’s page on the Scoreboard website shows how the team’s ranking moves over the course of the season.
Also returning for the 2024/25 season, this dynamic graph appears on an individual player’s page on the Scoreboard website, showing how the player’s ranking moves across the season.
The Smart Event Scheduler has been designed to enable coaches to build the best possible schedule for their team.
Viewable in Scoreboard Coach Portal, this feature allows coaches to see all the events their team is scheduled to compete in as well as all other events going on at the same time or in the future. Coaches can filter events by team, governing body, division, region and gender.
The Scoreboard Standard subscription package equips coaches, SIDS and fans with a reduced range of insights designed to improve efficiency and output.
