The 2026 NCAA DI Women's Regionals are in the books. Over three days of competition across six host sites, 30 teams and six individuals punched their tickets to Omni La Costa in Carlsbad for the National Championships beginning May 22. Here's how each regional played out.

Winners: Southern California. The Trojans came from behind to claim their NCAA record 16th regional title, finishing at +1 (853) to win by five shots over Ohio State after trailing at the halfway stage.
Qualified: Southern California / Ohio State / Duke / Northwestern / Texas Tech
Winners: Texas. The Longhorns were dominant from the off, finishing at -5 (835), a full 11 strokes clear of second-placed North Carolina. Michigan State and Virginia secured the final two spots via a three-team playoff after finishing tied with NC State at 18-over.
Qualified: Texas / North Carolina / Oklahoma State / Michigan State / Virginia
Winners: Auburn. Anna Davis led the Tigers to a six-stroke victory, carding a stunning 7-under 65 in round two to seize the lead and never look back. Davis also claimed the individual title at -10.
Qualified: Auburn / Houston / Arkansas / Iowa State / Ole Miss
Winners: Stanford. The Cardinal put on one of the great regional performances in NCAA history, shooting 42-under-par (810) to win by a record 38 shots, breaking the previous NCAA regional record for margin of victory.
Qualified: Stanford / Pepperdine / Oregon State / Arizona State / Missouri
Winners: Wake Forest. The Demon Deacons closed with a record-breaking final round of 10-under 278 to finish at -8 (856), with Morgan Ketchum claiming co-medalist honours at -7. Eastern Michigan will be making their first-ever NCAA Championship appearance after finishing fourth.
Qualified: Wake Forest / Florida State / Florida / Eastern Michigan / Kentucky
Winners: SMU. The Mustangs ran out comfortable winners at -17, with Texas A&M and Baylor also advancing comfortably. Tennessee sealed the fifth spot after forcing a playoff and then winning a playoff against Tulsa.
Qualified: SMU / Texas A&M / Baylor / LSU / Tennessee
