Defending NCAA Champions Stanford open the season as the unanimous No. 1 in the 2024-25 Pre-season Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll for Division I . Cardinal received all 31 first place votes.
University of Southern California come in at No. 2, while last year’s NCAA runners-up UCLA take the No. 3 spot. University of South Carolina and University of Texas open the season tied for No. 4. The next Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll will be released on Friday October 4.
